How to iron cute characters on your garment?

Let's get started!

  • Choose Location: Decide where you want the patch on your fabric.
  • Preheat Iron: Set your iron to the cotton setting or around 204°C (400°F). Do not use steam.
  • Position Patch: Place the patch with the adhesive side down on the chosen area.
  • Cover with Cloth: Place a thin cloth or parchment paper over the patch to protect it.
  • Press Iron: Firmly press the iron onto the patch for 30-45 seconds. Apply pressure without moving the iron.
  • Flip Fabric: Turn the fabric inside out and iron the back of the patch for another 30-45 seconds.
  • Cool Down: Let the patch cool completely for a few minutes to set.
  • Check Adherence: Ensure the edges are fully adhered. If not, repeat the process.

Important!: Iron-on patches are not suitable for certain fabrics, including nylon, rayon, silk, leather, and any fabric with a high synthetic content or delicate nature. These materials may melt, burn, or become damaged when exposed to high heat. Always check the fabric's care label and test a small, inconspicuous area first.
