We are based in the beautiful Netherlands!
We provide free shipping for domestic orders within the Netherlands on orders above €40. For our international customers, free shipping is available on orders above €150.
How can I track my parcel?
If you've chosen tracked shipping, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to keep an eye on your package's journey. Please keep in mind that once we ship your order, any postal service delays or lost shipments are out of our control. If it's been a month and you haven't received your order, please reach out to us for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We happily ship to countries outside the EU. However, please note that Shopify does not provide IOSS numbers, which means you may need to pay taxes upon receiving your items. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations and potential tax obligations.
How long will my order take to reach me?
For domestic orders, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 days. International orders typically take up to 2 weeks, although occasional unforeseen circumstances may cause delays of up to 3-4 weeks.
Do you collect TAX on my behalf?
No, we do not collect taxes on your behalf. It is the responsibility of each customer to handle any applicable taxes. In the event that an order needs to be resent due to unpaid taxes, the additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Can I make a change to my order?
Of course! If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we may be unable to make any changes.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Will you replace/refund lost packages?
Unfortunately, non-tracked orders that go missing cannot be replaced or refunded. To avoid any disappointment, we highly recommend selecting tracked shipping. However, if a tracked package goes missing, we'll assess each case individually and may offer refunds or replacements depending on the circumstances.
What happens if my order gets returned?
If your order gets returned to us for reasons like an incorrect address or being undeliverable, don't worry! We'll gladly resend it to you. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fees.
Do you collect TAX on my behalf?
No, all customers are responsible for their own taxes. Please note that should a customer fail to pay taxes, resulting in the order having to be resent, the additional shipping costs will have to be solely borne by the customer. Thank you for your kind understanding!
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We're committed to being eco-friendly by using mostly paper and cardboard packaging. We even reuse packing materials from other parcels to minimize waste. While some products are still packed in plastic sleeves, please rest assured that they can be recycled through plastic recycling programs.

We source all our packing materials from trusted suppliers right here in the Netherlands. Supporting local businesses is important to us!
